Everything the app does, and what to do when it does not do it. If the answer is not here, write to a.ceccarello.c@gmail.com.

The rules it plays

Playing a tile

One tap lifts a tile out of the rack and lights every end it fits. A second tap on the tile plays it when only one end fits. When both ends fit, tap the end you want. You can also drag the tile onto an end. The app never chooses an end for you.

Playing with friends

Type your name, tap Friends, then Host a table. The app shows a four-letter code. Whoever types that code sits down with you. As the host you can give any chair that nobody takes to the computer, and Start comes alive once all four are filled.

Questions

I closed the app in the middle of a hand.
Open it again. The launch screen offers you the table back, with your chair as you left it.
My friend cannot join my table.
Check the code. It is four letters, and it never contains I, L or O, so a letter that looks like a one or a zero is something else.
It says this version of the app cannot join that table.
One of you is on an older build. Update from the App Store and try again.
Nothing happens when I tap a tile.
The first tap lifts it, the second plays it. If the tile fits both ends of the line, the second tap goes on the end you want rather than on the tile.
The app is in the wrong language.
It follows the phone. Settings, then General, then Language & Region on iOS, or the app's own entry in Settings.
Can I play without a connection?
Yes. A match against the computer needs nothing but the phone. Only a table with friends needs the network.
Someone at my table used an offensive name.
Write with the four-letter code and roughly when it happened, and the table will be taken off the server. A typed name is the only thing another player can put in front of you: the app has no chat, no pictures and no profiles, and the only door into a table is its four-letter code.
How do I get the table I played on deleted?
It deletes itself seven days after the last move. To have it removed sooner, write with the four-letter code.
